Not pre assembled.
This does not come stringed. Had to assemble and finish punching holes through it. Some of the letters were hole punched a little low so they spun around on the string. A little annoying when you're hanging right before a party and someone is helping and you have to stop and figure this out. Other then that it was nice.

As expected. Very nice came fast, do take into consideration it all comes separated and you have to string the letters it's easy just required a little planning time wise

Have to put together yourself.
I wasn’t aware that you have to string the sentence out yourself. With helping hands, it took about 15 minutes. Not the worst thing but like my other banner, I thought that it would come ready to go out of the package. It worked well though!
