As some others have said this arrived in terrible packaging. Box was all taped together like it had been ripped up a couple of times. Took several weeks to arrive. Also no instructions were included so it took me longer to assemble as to not being sure of which screws to use where and how some things were supposed to be facing, etc. so I had to assemble by trial and error.Chair is fairly adjustable. I wish by default it tilted me forward more. With my back against the backrest and in the no recline position I feel like I'm leaning too far back. You can adjust whether to recline or not and the tension of recline as well as the height of the chair and height of the armrests. Will see how long it lasts.
