Budget price does not mean bad quality
Firstly, I'd like to say that RGB is something I'd not yet experienced in my hardware building. This keyboard does not boast full addressable RGB but rather predefined colours for each row of keys. It's quite nice to look at and genuinely something I've grown accustomed to.The keyboard itself is very sturdy, has definitive anti ghosting which I have tested in game and feels premium enough to justify its purchase.I'm currently doing a lot of research and writing, therefore when my previous keyboard went for a swim I knew I needed something reliable to replace it.The keys are double shot which means the characters are not printed on and will not fade over time - well done keyboard manufacturers you solved a problem only the most enthusiastic sweatlords should ever encounter, but a problem it is nevertheless. The brown switches are not overtly loud and are a decent feel. I have used razer yellow and cherry MX reds before and this keyboard does not directly compare as the tactile feel is different, it is however not unpleasant and you get used to it.One caveat I must warn you of intrepid reader, is the reverberation of the keys when they are struck. I noticed this when I first got the keyboard, particularly around the middle of the keyboard. It is a minor negative point and something I can filter out, particularly as I wear headphones often during my work.My wife has commented that she doesn't like the feel of mechanical keyboards or the noise, however when she sits watching TV and I am working, she has grown accustomed to and comfortable with the sound of my typing on it. I advised her that she may just need to get used to the feel of mechanical keys or try different key types to find one that is right for her.Overall this keyboard is great value for money. I will probably fit O rings to dampen the sound in the hopes it will cancel out some reverberation on the board and bring the typing sound level down further, but this is more of a nice to have than a must.Grab it if you can't get a brand name mech for a similar price, I've seen some for £50 from big names and if you can get one with a palm rest like this model perhaps they are worth it, I however use tecknet products for a lot of issues such as charging hubs and portable charging so I trust the brand.

A Solid Keyboard
I have previously bought some other Tecknet keyboard at a lower price point and I am pleased to say that the build quality of this was a very pleasant surprise when I initially opened the box. A metal backplate with a clean finish and the side light is a nice touch too.I was concerned when buying at first, seeing the other reviews and the images attached contradicting what was advertised, however, this wasn't the case and I was very relieved when it looked exactly like the images advertised by Tecknet. This keyboard is great for its price point. It has a premium build quality and various lighting modes. Bear in mind it is a fixed RGB across the keyboard and this can't be changed. However, I must say Tecknet did get creative with their lighting options: ripple effect (keyboard is unlit until a key is pressed and key lights ripple across the keyboard), heatmap (keyboard is unlit until a key is pressed and its light stays on for a prolonged duration, light a heatmap) and more.Note this is a mechanical keyboard and the keys are Cherry Blues, meaning the keys are very loud when pressed. If you want a quieter keyboard, research further into other types of keys and keyboards.Cons:The only cons I can really think of is my keyboard's 'Enter' key is a little mushy, in the sense that it isn't as tactile as the rest of the keys but this is a minor issue and you really don't notice it when typing unless you really focus on it. Another con is the slightly bizarre font on the keyboard in some instances, such as the key letter 'O' being split in the middle, making it look like two square brackets.Overall, a great, solid and premium-built keyboard for beginners or those that just don't want to spend too much. Recommended! :)

Great but no key puller - 8 month review!
The keyboard arrived in the nice frustration free packaging and honestly I was really excited about it. This is my first mechanical and lighted keyboard. First off it is heavy as many have pointed out and it felt quite substantial, which I really like. The lighting modes were pretty cool with so many modes to choose from and presets for games. The click sound is very satisfying. I attach a video of the sound. One drawback and disappointment I have to mention is that it was marketed as having a key puller and I asked the question with 3 answers saying that there is one. However it was simply not at he back of my keyboard and I was quite disappointed to find out after enquiring to the seller that this version does not have it unlike the earlier one. Honestly this seemed like a backwards step in the design from Tecknet! I was gutted about the lack of the key puller, one of the selling points to me. Nonetheless props to the seller's swift response to my queries and correcting the marketing material. Now the question is do I like the keyboard and would I keep it, as the seller have asked. The answer is yes, I do like it and I think I will keep it and use it. In terms of the key puller I guess I'll have to source one somewhere.Overall (to; dr) good keyboard (so far), solid feeling and substantial, satisfying click sounds, great lights, but no key puller.8 month review:After 8 months of daily use - home office, streaming, gaming, and general useIs it still satisfying to type with? YESAre all the lights still working? Not really - the "-/_" key is now super dim and has next to no light, which is totally not how it was months ago! The "Q" key is also following suit!Overall take - not sure what is up with they key lighting - may be a sign of the lighting not lasting very long. But overall since it's still usable and functioning as a keyboard then I will keep the current star rating of 4/5

A great introduction to Mechanical Keyboards
I've been wanting to try a Mechanical Keyboard for a while now, but the price of them is usually around the £100+ mark and as I haven't used one for gaming before, I wanted to be able to try one before forking out so much. Up to now, all of the cheaper models on Amazon have had me worried that their price may indicate a lack of quality - however I have used many Tecknet products in the past, and have always found them to be of great quality, more than justifying their surprisingly affordable prices. This keyboard is no exception. It has a nice weight to it, it's isn't heavy per-se, but it feels like it is made of quality components and isn't as light as a 'normal' keyboard. The base is nice and stable when on a desk, with small flip-out feet for raising the back up slightly, and a magnetically attachable wrist support (the ability to attach this via magnet, as opposed fiddly plastic clips is a definite bonus). The wire is of a decent length (around 2m) and is braided, having a feeling of high quality. When in use, the keys do make a nice 'clicky' sound. It's easier to use by touch, and feels great during regular use, when gaming, but also when typing. I've experienced no ghosting whatsoever, and all keypresses are accepted accurately. The keyboard lights up, with a number of configurable options regarding the lighting. If you're not into 'flashy', light-up hardware, these can easily be turned off.All-in-all this keyboard is really excellent. As with all other Tecknet products I've bought and used, I'm left with a feeling of surprise at the high level of quality of their components and products, despite their affordability.

Decent product however does have some minor issues.
I purchased this product for everyday use and sometimes use it for gaming. This is my first mechanial keyboard and overall is is a decent product for it's price point. Definitely a step up from a membrane keyboard. It has brown swtiches which is quite loud when typing which is all good with me and the whole product feels sturdy. It was well package and i love how it includes the with a key puller devices and the wristrest. The wrist rest is very comfotable despite being a solid piece and it attaches to the keyboard using magnet which is very good. Light were good aswell just wish they were a tad bit brighter. Now on to the minor negatives. When i received the product a few of the keys were in the wrong place which is had to change around myself. It is a minor but i don't understand why the product wouldn't be correct in the first place.I found that my space bar isn't that responsive at times i noticed when i was gaming and had to use the space bar and it didn't respond so had to press it twice. Maybe this might just be my product. In regards to the side light, i dont know why there isn't a function to completely turn it off. Everytime i turn on the my PC the side light would just come on again. They have this for the backlight for the keys but not for the side light.Overall it's still a decent product and it is much bettter than my previous membrane keyboard.
