I was originally pleased with this charger, everything worked fine at first. It was fast at charging my phone, ipad and headphones, it even charged up at a decent charge time. Three weeks later it has died! It cannot charge up and won’t charge anything and doesn’t light up. Now I’m told that even though I can return the faulty product within the 30 days return, I have to properly insulate the product, pay for the postage and pay for tracking postage. It’ll cost more than the product costs, but I suppose still have to return it, as faulty goods shouldn’t make money for Bilivein for products that don’t work. Amazon should get on top of this sales scheme and at least make the seller responsible for the return of faulty goods that don’t even last three weeks! As I said in the title, buyers be aware of this, because of the cost you will have make a decision weather to return it or throw it in the bin, as all of the reviews are quite recent it most probably is a newproduct, I wonder how many will last a year.

After a week of use the USB-C port no longer works. Unable to be charged from this port or charge from this port.Poor craftsmanship I recommend trying a more reliable brand.

Pack stopped working after just 3 charges. Waste of money. Avoid.
