I had the larger model it was to powerful, so I downsized to the smaller model.

Pump died and quit working after 2 months .
Pump stopped working after 2 months nobody to call . Amazon will not allow a return

Dies every year.
I use this pump in a small fountain on my back deck. At the end of every season, I drain the fountain and store the pump inside. Next season, every year, the pump is broken. I've replaced it every year for at least five years. If I could find any decent alternative, I would never buy this pump again.
