Wow. I was a bit skeptical about this machete because it seemed too good to be true that you could get such a nice one for such a low price. Then I opened the package and knew automatically that this is a high quality, extremely well manufactured blade. It balances perfectly and is not too heavy even though it's top quality stainless steel. The teeth could saw down an oak and the blade is so tough you could hack through the entire Amazon basin and it'd still be sharp enough to slice garlic fine enough for the spaghetti. The best part is the high quality wooden handle. It fits comfortably in your hand and is very light making it easy to work with for long periods but it's tough enough to go through whatever you can put it through. I definitely recommend this machete.

Came early and was quite sharp out of the box. Good solid blade and feels good in my hand. This is not a cheap knock off. Seems very durable

I am constantly amazed at the branches this thing will lop off without slowing down. Afterwards, I buff it on a soft stropping wheel and it's ready to go again I saw a review showing the blade deformed, that guy must have been trying to cut concrete. This is a tough blade, and a beautiful full tang handle. I just ordered a second one, after sending the first to my Father-in-Law in the far away Philippines. This machete is worth shipping over 8000 miles. They can't get this excellent quality locally.

The machete sure looks nice and it is extremely sharp, almost too sharp for a machete, but the crasftmanship is awfully done. The serrated part of the blade is just a joke, it is for show or to be finished by the owner, that is what I did. The handle is very slippery, and the blade too sharp, that is an accident waiting to happen. I got into a forest near by and had to clear some brushes and small 12 inch trees and it had done it's job quite nicely, but I had to use a non-slippery glove and made some adaptations, like a hole near the handle and attach a security cable, just in case the thing fly off my hand.

Great cutting blade. Chopped through 1 1/2" thick ragweed stalks. Does chip if you hit a rock.

I love the way this thing looks. Fierce, but surprising useful. I feel like a warrior wielding this bad boy, fighting to keep the bushes in my fence rows at bay. Seriously, it is very sharp and will cut through small trees and heavy vines with ease. After two weeks of daily use, the blade has no edge damage and has not needed to be sharpened. The handle fits well in the hand and doesn't roll as I hack away the foolish greenery that stands in in way. The sheath has held up remarkably well and doesn't get in the way when I wear it on my belt. I've bought many machetes at Walmart, Target, etc., but none have performed as well as this one. With this on my belt and my weed eater in hand, I am unstoppable.

Great product so far. Made of a nice thick steel. Very sharp. The design is really nice. A little shorter then I expected but very nice. The sheath is cheap and not very nice. I would have expected a better quality sheath. A leather sheath would have been much nicer! Like the knife/machete a lot. RECOMMENDED!

The saw teeth are only for looks. It won't even saw through hard snow. I tried it did not work. The blade part is very effective. I don't feel like I need to be careful with it because it's kind of a peice of crap. I love it.
