Nice and Sturdy, but Screws are too long! They are not fully threaded so 3 1/2 is NOT Threaded. Not sure why? My trailer in for a 20 ft boat and it does not tighten fully since the unthreaded section is too long. I will go anf but 3/8 by 4inch (Fully Threaded) galvanized screws from Home Depot. It is really stupid to design the screws like that.

Heavy duty

The backing plate bent easily during install. The hardware that came with it was too long and didn’t have enough treads. Also the galvanized finish only covered 50% of the mount. I also would recommend getting bolts to hold the wheel to the mount. Matching the lug size and spare bolt size would make changing the spare easy.
