How much weight can it hold?

Not totally sure, but I weigh 125, and I often had 2 sixth graders sit in one chair at the same time. I’d guess up to 200 pounds. You cannot throw yourself into them though, as the fabric can rip.

Does it look like it’s picture?

Yes. The color is great, and the chair is soft and comfortable to sit in. I had it in my classroom for 6th graders and the kids fought over it all the time. I often napped in it during lunch.

Is this for adult or kids? I read reviews and looks like for kids. I'm looking for an adult.

This chair would be a good size for 6-14yr olds. An adult could sit in it for sure, but not put their legs up or "cuddle up" in it. My husband is 6'1" and I am 5'8" and we do sit in it, upright, but it is sized more for adolescents.
