Its a great robot! Especially with the miko max subscription! You get to access a wide range of apps, videos, games and so much more. A good investment that you can make for your child. My 6 year old stays busy. Love the fact that majority of the content is extremely educational. There's even coding lessons! How amazing is that. Definitely worth buying 👌🏻

Basic, not really fun, it's an old software, something from 2008 technology. Not worth the price.

I've used voice assistants like Alexa, Google Home, and others. When using miko It feels like you are using voice recognition technology that was developed in the 1990s. The only "robot" components are the wheels, which reduce this to a glorified remote-controlled toy. A child won't be engaged with this for more than a day due to the content and functionality (if even). It is difficult to set it up and use it (even if you are an Android kernel hacker). I wish I could give it back.

Customer service has been excellent! Can't wait for my son to start using his new learning companion! Super cute lovable face!

The customer service is amazing! We had a slight issue with the the original Miko but upon talking to the customer service, they were able to resolve the issue straight away. They were constantly in contact via email and then upon receiving a new Miko, they rang me straight way and was able to help set up the Miko. The miko itself is now fantastic and is a great device for my kids to use and enjoy.

Miko 3 ist ein toller und wunderschöner Roboter für die Kinder. Er ist sehr unterhaltsam und kann sehr viel. Wenn man die kostenpflichtige MAX Abo dazu nimmt, sind auch die Premium Funktionen nutzbar. Man kann mit Ihm Spass haben, Lernen und unterhalten lassen. Er kann auch Schach spielen zusammen von Miko Chess Board (separat erhältlich) . Auch wenn es mal Herausforderung gibt, ist der Support von Miko schnell und freundlich. Lösen jedes Problem zu 100 %. Ich hoffe auf weitere gute Updates mit guten funktionen. Im Diesen Sinne auf weitere Jahre mit euch und tollen Produkten. Bleibt wie Ihr Seid =)
