Better than expected. Drives three 4K monitors on an M1 Pro! But install the driver!
Initially thought it was broken with my 2021 Macbook Pro 16". Could only get a single display to work, and only on the first port.Actually ordered a second thinking that it was defective, but it's not. Turns out I just didn't install the driver. This is essential, even for MacOS.With the driver installed, my 2021 Macbook Pro 16 can actually drive three 4K displays, in addition to the laptop display, which is better than I expected for the M1 Pro. This is great! I thought I was going to have to spring for a better laptop, but this dock did the trick.Will absolutely recommend this to everyone at work.

Macbook Air M1 with 3 External 4K 60Hz Monitors (clamshell) or 4 monitors total w/ Laptop Screen!
Does the job. No latency issues I've seen running 3 external 4K monitors (LG). A great solution for Macbook Air M1 (non-Pro or Max). Charges macbook pretty quickly. Feels like a high quality stationary dock. Power brick is about the same size, but I have that placed out of sight. Big supporter and user of Plugable docks since the first gen Surface Pro (the small thick one) which still works perfectly today, so have a bit of confidence in the longevity of Plugable's products.

Doesn't work properly on Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Extreme Gen 2 (2020)
What can I say? The USB-C cord included prevented all but one display from working on my Thinkpad that has a two TB3 ports. Using DP1.4 cables (as in 8K compatible, so the best), middle DP connection enabled extended display but the first and third DP connections only mirrored the onboard PC display. Both external displays are 4K monitors. Didn't even both trying the third 4K display at that point. Boxed it up and started the return process. I'd rather live with the dock I originally bought that has had issues since a firmware upgrade to the dock. Hope there's a fix for that soon...

Very nice unit. Excellent customer support
The fit and finish of the device is very good and it comes with high quality cables. It works exactly as advertised with two of my three laptops.The third laptop, a Lenovo X1 Yoga Gen1, cannot drive three monitors through the docking station, although it can drive two through the docking station and the third from the built in miniDP port.Even though it will not work as I had hoped, I got really excellent support from Plugable. They were very responsive to my emails, I never had to wait even a day for responses to my emails. Their emails contained a lot of good technical explanations. I would buy more Plugable product based on the quality of their tech support alone.

If the LAN port worked it would get a higher review
Dock is nice but the fact the LAN port doesn’t work and the fact the Plugable doesn’t respond to emails sent to their trouble shooting line Means I would not buy again and advise against buying this product
