SO cute and my cat absolutely loves it.
I have a little semi-feral cat who lives on my porch. I was worried about her getting cold so I got her this and a little heating pad to go inside. She basically has not moved since I put it out there. She loves it so much. It is so cute to get to see her through the window just chilling. On it's own, it's not super warm. the waslls are pretty thin and the windows are drafty, but I duct-taped the styrofoam that the shelter was packed in to the inside walls, to insulate the inside of the shelter and added a heating pad, so now it's pretty cozy. It's not super pretty on the insice, but my cat has not complained. This cat house is very big for one little cat, but I think when it gets colder she'll appreciate having a bit of room to roam about. It's very sturdy and I'm pretty impressed with the value for the money.

I want another.
I’ll keep this short. For the price, I’m impressed. This unit exists outside and has withstood this tornadic spring just fine. I’m planning on grabbing a second for inside the house. 1. It’s bigger than I expected. I liked that. 2. Built well enough and no parts came in damaged. 3. Easy enough to assemble. Difficult to move around solo due to size and weight. 4. Cats love it!

Thin boards
This is a thin cat house but it looks good and the cats like it. It needs a wider “cat walk” and better overhang. The “cat walk” also needs to be a little lower from the entrance. Rain gets into it from splashing on the cat walk. Also the doors and windows fit as well as can be expected but the latches are complete junk. They are almost too small for it and are hard to get to latch. If you leave the shut, it is fine though and the box works as well as it can for the material used. It is functional and since I can’t build one myself, it is a good value as far as the cats using it. I recommend putting it on a patio that has a roof though or pit it on blocks and put a roof on it to keep the rain out.

Perfect!
I am very pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. I will be placing the self warming mats inside. I have used them for years and the cats gravitate to them. We are moving into our new house and I wanted to make sure the cats had a cozy spot since they are used to a screened in porch. I hope this will make them feel secure and warm. It doesn’t get too cold in N.C but I feel any outside kitty needs protection.

Standing Strong
This is the 2nd cat shelter from PawHut that I have purchased for our backyard feral cats. Still have the 1st one purchased 5 years ago still standing. After a few reinforcements it will be donated to our local Humane Society. At first I thought of just keeping it since it is well built and has held up all these years. It has given safety, warmth and comfort for those cold winter nights. Being a cat !over with 3 of my own, it's a way of helping other ferals living outside shelters.

Pretty good cat house
Bought Jun 2022. One year later... Overall we like the cathouse. Visually appealing. Pros: cats love third floor window! On rainy days they sit up there. Size of floor space. Many doors. Cons: thin wood; both perches/shelves support, cats don't like the plastic flaps on first floor. Insulation. Tips to winterize: line the bottom floor walls and floor with Styrofoam then straw and close off bottom entrance, making second floor primary entrance. On top floor buy animal heating pad. Set on top of cement bricks to protect water damage and give extra place to hide.

Cute house with a lot of doors and cute windows but not so great quality.
I was so excited about this cat house it is so cute and thought it would be great for our 4 outdoor cats we take care of. When we got I noticed that the wood is very thin and some of it was already chipping. The size seems decent but the second story could be better since the hole in the middle takes up too much of the room. So far my cats have just gone in and looked around and not even stayed in it yet, they still use there old house so not sure they will stay in this. And for weatherproof I give it pretty much a 0. There is no sealant on it and the day we got it out there we got bad rain. It is on our porch and when it rains it still gets wet on the porch so the house got wet all day on one side. The next day the second story door with the latch could barely open and close.... so we had to sand it to get it to open and close again. My guess is the wood warped from the rain. Going to try and add a sealant to it once it's dry and the weather is nice. Also plan on getting it up off the ground. But at this point I like the looks and how many doors and the platforms but the build quality is not great.
