I've moved an old toshiba regza TV from my daughters room to another room but we can't find the remote. I ordered this one yesterday and arrived today. The remote worked somewhat without programming but after 2 attempts at setting for Toshiba using the guide (I rushed the first time) it works brilliantly. Only issue is I can't get the subtitles off which came on automatically when I switched the TV on, so nothing to do with the remote perse but I can't see how I would put them on either if they were needed. I'll do a bit of searching and update if I find out. It's certainly value for money and very quick to set up!

Brilliant little item very easy to connect up. Dad had a TV in the nursing home but no remote. I'd never connected one before, easy instructions included

It doesn’t connect fully you can turn the tv on and off and change channels and volume but you cannot use some buttons which may be due to lack of full connectivity but it’s basic if you’re looking for that then this should be fine.

I put new battery i try to use but its flashed 2x times everything you want to do it its done 2x times so you can’t write or delete just one word when you press is press 2x times please see the video i try everything on manual i try to reset i try to restart i take the battery out in everything but nothink

Very good.After installing two AAA batteries.Pointing the remote control at my Toshiba television the standby button went on.Then i turned it off.I have not tried the other features on it yet.I was mainly interested in being able to turn the television on and off,as my old one had gone passed its bypass date.
