This is a good solid product, one thing to keep in mind: it is fairly hard to mix, so my suggestion after a bit of trial and error is to keep the water moving! Pour the powder into your container of water after you have used a utensil to stir the water. While the water is still moving that’s when to pour the powder and continue to stir for about 10-15 seconds to get the mixing really going. If you don’t do this (or figure out your own method) you may be stuck with a clumpy beverage or wasted powder stuck on the bottom of your bottle. Otherwise this is great stuff. The flavor is good no matter what strength you mix it to. I sweat a lot (a lot!) so I tend to mix less powder to more water so I keep the sugar/caffeine levels a little lower while upping the H2O, and it still tastes fine. I often go on 3-6 hour bike rides and I could drink this stuff all day.
