This is a comfortable hat with *some* protection. It doesn't offer as much protection as a regular watersports helmet, but it's a lot better than nothing, and plus it's comfy and looks good

Great accessory for kitesurfing... It really worth the value, keeping my head protected of any injury from my surfboard or foil.....It is very confortable and also protects your face and eyes from the sun. I really love it and would recommend it to any kitesurfer..... safety first!!!!

Very light and comfortable

This really is not a true helmet. If you are worried about board impact safety it might not be for you. I would never wear this in high wind or coastal surf were I am concerned about my board coming back at me. Well designed for sun protection.

Good light weight hat offering protection from sun and minor bumps. Decent quality but is one size fits and sits rather high on the head. Friends thought I looked like a jockey. Ha, is was Derby day.

I bought this for my son. Not for water sports but for if he takes a seizure. It's a lot cooler than the other "hard shell " type of helmets we have for him. I thought I would try it for swimming. He loves to get out and jump in to the pool. I'm hoping this holds up. I will update after he swims with it on.

Please contact me to replace your helmet. It was a good helmet on its 1st use, but should last 2 uses. I used it today, the 25th of Feb and it was delivered Jan 25. Amazon has no way to contact you. I guess since Jan has 31 days, I’m a day late. Hopefully your helmets aren’t all sewn like this.

Nice head protection, not quite a real helmet but this works pretty well for what it is. I would avoid using this for anything that needs real protection, however if interested in something that can help with some lower risk activites such as efoil, or beginning kite surfing this is perfecdt

The Vebodi Indo Surf Helmet Hat arrived in a bubble wrap UPS bag. All sorts of unknown damage could have occurred to this "helmet" before arrival. The protection provided is minimal. The back of your head is completely unprotected. The front and sides benefit from very thin plastic bonded to thin foam. Very expensive for what is provided. I would not recommend this if you are looking for actual protection. I'm trying to return it.
