Love the look
I love the way the tiles look in my kitchen. I did a makeover on my cabinets and backsplash and it’s just what I wanted .. nice matte black tile. Packed nicely .. no tiles were broken! Definitely satisfied!

They lost my return and charged me.
The tile is great, beautiful and it arrived on time, unbroken. I bought 3 boxes, but only needed one. I returned the 2 boxes as instructed at the same time to UPS. Somehow Amazon received one, but not the other. Over a month had gone by so I threw out the receipt from UPS b/c Amazon had refunded me and I assumed all was good. Since it didn't arrive by the date they expected it, they charged me for it. The boxes were returned literally at the same time. How could UPS/Amazon get one, but not the other? Disappointed. Not in the tile, but in the process of purchase/return. I am out $50.
