The patch is good quality. Ingredients seem good. Definitely relaxing. The one downside was the edges of the patch turn dark making it noticeable on a bare arm therefore lots of questions from curious coworkers/those around me.

To be honest, I did not think an herbal patch could help with my anxiety but I thought I'd give it a try. This patch works for me. Within an hour of having it on I feel calmer and relaxed. That is huge because it allows me to focus so that I can look at my problems with better clarity. It is no miracle cure but I wouldn't be afraid of giving it a try.

I really like these, I use these for flying. Flying by the way is really scary. Something that big has no business being up in the air like that!
