ZMAN TROUT EYE™ JIGHEAD

Very sharp, sturdy hooks, with a wide throat and long shank that result in a great hook up ratio. Like all three colors, but prefer the red eyes in stained to dirty water.

Another great z-man jig head. these jigs work best with z-man plastic paddle tails.

This jig worked excellent with the Gulp Swimming Mulle, matter of fact the only thing better than this was the live shrimp. The only downfall is that doesn't last too long and ones that you use it in the salt water it dries out if you leave it on the hook exposed to the air.Highly recommended.

I like the big eye. A lot. Appears to be strong and well made. I caught a mix of reds,trout, rock bass, and other flats fish totaling 40-50 the first day of use on a single jig head and even using pliers to remove it several times it held up well and still looks fine. My only grip and the reason for not giving 5 stars it is shorter than other jig heads I use on flats (Bass Assassin , Strike King flats, etc ) but it did not seem to loose me any fish (actually didn't hook as many pinfish as usual) and it held up better from pliers .

I use it for everything. Has caught me a ton of reds. Biggest one was a 28 incher.

These Z-Man Trout Eye jigs just plain work! Combine these jig heads with a Z-Man Trout Trick for some awesome fishing for speckled trout. Last time out, there were 5 or 6 guys fishing this inlet on the Gulf of Mexico, and none of them were catching anything. I hadn't caught anything with fresh shrimp either. I switched to the Trout Eye and a Trout Trick, and bam, right away I caught 2 big specks. That entire week, I caught more specks than I had caught in that spot on all my other trips combined.
