As a lime fanatic, I thought I’d go crazy over this oil, but it was just ok. I expected it to smell different...overall still edible.

I was expecting a more lime flavor in this oil, so in my opinion it was a little flat but worked out okay to eat with cheese and crackers and worked great with marination of chicken and steak.
