Why is the only size that isn't free and $8 to ship a size 4? That turns me away from buying.

I love this swimsuit for my 2 yr. old's Peppa Pig birthday party. It wouod be perfect if the straps were adjustable, but they are only a little loose. They haven't fallen down. Very well made.

Runs very small

Cute bathing suit but runs very small. I ordered a 2T and it appeared to be the size of an 18 month swim suit instead. I returned the suit.
