Sabarot French AOP Green Lentils from Le Puy, 17.6 oz (500 g)

This product was recommended for a recipe by a food network Chef on TV. I had never heard of it before and thought that I would give it a try. It was a bit pricey but worth it. The results for my new soup recipe was absolutely outstanding. This was a new recipe and a special dish for Passover. The dish was sausage and lentil soup a recipe compliments of the barefoot contessa. I would highly recommend this product for anyone in need of green French lentils.

Tres Bon! I made a French beef short rib stew in red wine with squash and these lentils! They were delicious and taste totally different to regular lentils. Much more "earthy". Also, the New York French deli from which they came called me to advise that the packaging was different from the website, but that they were indeed the same lentils. Excellent service, fast shipping and friendly vendor! Will definitely order again.

Cet article est signifié " naturellement sans gluten " alors que sur l'emballage il est notifié que ce produit peut contenir des traces de gluten. Or étant atteinte de la maladie cœliaque (destruction de la paroi intestinale par le gluten), cette désignation mensongère peut être extrêmement dangereuse pour la santé et est répréhensible par la loi . S'il n'y a pas de modification de descriptif sur ce produit, je serais dans l'obligation d'effectuer un recours en justice avec l'association française d'intolérent au gluten dont je suis membre.
