Regarding customer service, my experience was excellent. There was an unfortunate situation with the delivery company that caused a break in the tracking updates and ultimately an undelivered package. I worked with customer service, and another product was espediately sent with a different delivery company. There were many messages back and forth with extremely fast responses and friendly, reassuring information as to what was being done to correct the problem. I would definitely order again from Sutera.

Wow, super impressed with this. Does exactly as advertised. We went through a few Bath Mats, all ended up smelling after a bit. This one is excellent. No smells, super absorbent, quick dry. I will only buy these from now on when(if) this one ever wears out.

I can't believe I am this old and just found out about stone mats. I am never going back to fabric bath mats again! Absorbs quickly, no lingering smell of dampness, amazing quality and always looks clean. Also adds a nice modern touch to my bathroom. Excellent purchase!!!!
