Wonderful fragrant tea. This is my 2nd purchase. It's strong enough for me with a fantastic flavor! Package came smashed, but I had the tin from last order.

I love. Love, love the taste of this tea and I now have this bag of loose tea leaves so I can make fresh pots every morning. It is a deep, rich flavor that makes me really satisfied first thing in the morning or when I have a sore throat.

The tea is a delicious tea to start my day. The tea gets 5 stars. But Really, Amazon, please do ship products packaged in thin cardboard in paper bags! You should have enough sense to ship in a regular cardboard box to avoid damaging the tea box while in transit! I am deducting a star for your shipping department.

Very dark , good morning tea

Very nice, drinkable tea. No astringency or bitter notes. I use a heaping (measuring) teaspoon and steep 4 minutes and it is perfect. There’s an underlying honey flavor — not sweet, just the flavor — that I really enjoy.

If you like a true full bodied tea this is one of the best. I’ve purchased this many times over the years. Never disappoints.

Frankly, I was disappointed with this tea. It’s not the tea that I grew up with little tasteless.

A gorgeous tea, satisfying in colour and taste. As I'm diabetic it was/is drunk with oat milk, but I think it would work well with other plant or animal milks if they are not too strong tasting, as they would ruin the flavour of this tea in my opinion. One thing you will need, however, is a tea strainer (or a teapot containing one) with very small holes, otherwise you will have too many leaves floating in your mug or cup.

We really like this tea but it is difficult to find in the shops we find. No more problems now though as we order three boxes regularly and keep a stock in the cupboard. We think it's the nicest breakfast tea out there.

I've already written an enthusiastic review for this tea in caddy packaging. It is wonderful tea. Robust, traditional and a real pleasure.

We live loose tea and this tea is full of flavour and perfect at breakfast time.
