Best pre workout
Very intense for a first time user, but if you regularly consume caffeine products with beta alanine, it is perfect. Only one scoop per day for 400 mg of caffeine. Cant beat around a dollar a day for caffeine!

Pretty good
The stuff is pretty good. I dry scoop 2 scoops right into my mouth and watch the magic take over me. It’s either this or the extreme amounts of steroids I use that get me going but want to say this has giving a nice touch to the regiment.

Nausea and shaking
This stuff is awful. Made me physically sick and caused shaking, not jitters from to much caffeine….but shaking. I couldn’t lift at all. To the trash the entire container went. Do not buy.

BE CAREFUL
Been using pre workouts for over twenty years now, never feel much with any of them, I can just tell when I don't use one. This one was different, it says only take a half scoop first time using this, I took almost a hole scoop and felt like I drank a hole pot of coffee. I still only use 3/4 of a scoop and get a great workout with no crash.

Works very decently, but taste terrible.
This works decently for me, but the taste is absolutely terrible. Just have to get past the feeling of wanting to vomit.
