Belkin F8V101-12-BK 12' Coiled Telephone Handset Cord - Black

I purchased this phone cord up to use on my work phone. I have a Cisco phone at the office and the original cord was ridiculous! In a matter of days the old cord was knotted and twisted and pretty useless. I'd pick up the handset and the whole phone would come up with it! I put this phone cord on at the beginning of the week and while a week might not seem long it's obvious this cord is NOT going to KNOT! Whoot! It's not stiff and not light weight so it doesn't twist or hang on it's self when you use it. It was exactly what I needed. UPDATE - it's March 2012, four years later it's still in good shape. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Two of our office phones were just about unusable because of static. They were so bad, clients claimed they sounded like cell phones because conversations would be cut off. These handset cords were priced much more competitively than the local box stores, arrived four days before they were expected, and work like a charm. No longer must I make a mad dash to a working phone if I happen to be in the same room as the problem phone.

After getting this, I think I would have liked it being longer than it is. I don't know if it is a problem, but it seemed shorter than 3' without extending the coils (and pulling on the phone which we are trying to avoid). This is not a problem in the product, just what I wanted after reading all the reviews. Purchased for an office with daily calls. Seems good quality, no observed noise on the line. It did not have any kinks in packaging. Seems ok. Its just a phone cord after all. Would buy again.

This cord works fine, however the "12 feet" advertisement is a bit misleading. Maybe if you were able to uncurl the cord, it would stretch to 12 feet. The curls reduce the length to maybe 4-5 feet. That isn't what I was looking for, so I'd like to have seen a clearer description of the length.

Nice cords, A bit pricy, but they Work and Look Great, No Complaints

I love this phone cord and hope they never stop making it. We have 12 phones in our office and have had to replace cords often in the past due to kinks building up over time. We researched cords on Amazon, ran across this one and decided to give it a try. We are all heavy phone users and since purchasing this phone cord, we have had no kinks or knots. We haven't replaced a phone cord since this purchase. These cords have been lifesavers.

Not as short as the standard 6 foot cord. Doesn't get knotted or tangled like the 25 foot cord does. Long enough to function well and short enough to not get all tangled up. Seems to have a nice quality feel, unlike regular cords. Nice cord tension but not too tight. Nice combination of quality and price.
