This is my first stainless steel kadai purchase.After thorough research and seeing comments of other people, I decided to buy this.I wanted to buy stainless steel kadai because there are health concerns with aluminium kadai.My wife was very worried and unhappy when she came to know that I have ordered stainless steel kadai. She was worried that food will stick and it will be waste of money.After she did her first cooking, we were amazed at how easily we can prepare almost anything in this. Be it wet or semi-dry, nothing sticks and leaves marks inside the kadai. However, if you deep dry fry, there will be some black burn marks. But the burn marks can be easily removed with little effort.Also, it has ample space and it is deep allowing to effortlessly toss food in it without spilling it outside.Amazing incredible purchase.I will like to thank fellow Amazon purchasers for putting up honest comments and reviews and allowing me to make the right decision.

Really a good product. Measurement is little less. otherwise highly recommendable. our kitchen should have at least one piece of this brand though it is little costly. one star less because of less capacity of kadai.
