Magformers Inspire 30-Piece Set | Magnetic Tiles Building Blocks, Educational Kit, STEM Toy Set | Magnetic Building Tiles for Kids to Develop Problem-Solving Abilities and Shape Recognition

I looked into several brands for magnetic tiles and settled on these. They are very strong and allow us to build many levels up (more than 3, which was the typical other brands). The magnets are very strong and my 2 year old sometimes needs help with them but my 4 year old can do it alone. This set has enough pieces and variety to get you going and see if your kid would be into it. Important to note is these are not compatible with other magnetic tile sets as the magnet is one the sides verse the corners so you can’t line them up. Magnatiles, Picasso, etc can all be used together but arnt near as strong. If your kid would be more into building a ball drop or tall 3D structures this is the brand- if they’d rather use roads and cars magnatiles would be fine.

My kids love Magformers. They are more expensive that some building blocks but they are well made and fun for all ages. The kids have been playing with these blocks for over three years and they are still fun to them. We bought this set so we would have extra pieces and could build larger items with the blocks. They are small and easy to take with you on the go. This is a toy that will entertain many different ages. I like that it encourages kids to be creative. The colors in this set are nice. My daughter loves that these are girly.

These are great toys and work really well, but they don't give you a lot in the box for what you pay. That said, I haven't bought many more to go with the set due to the price. You really need to catch these on sale. But it made a great holiday gift and these blocks are played with often. The little kids put them on the frig and leave them there (since they are magnetic) and take them off when they want to play. It works great to keep them on the frig.

I bought 2 of these. One for my 9 year old and one for my 6 year old. They both love them. My 2 year old also loves them and steals them often. They are easy to use and fun to create with. I love toys where the kids can manipulate the pieces an use their imaginations. They are pricy but i got mine during christmas on sale. I will be buying more when i find them on sale again. They are a hit with all three of my kids. This set does make it difficult to build big things, i do wish i would have gotten a bigger set.

Really great item. I tend play with it more than my daughter. The one thing that you need to be "aware of" is that some pieces and certain orientation do repel each other so you may need to try and find the right orientation between two pieces. Also they wont' fit like Lego pieces but that is expected.

They’re colourful, sturdy, plastic squares, triangles, pentagons etc.; you can get all sorts of shapes and sizes, and magnets are strong. Hold ’em close to each other and “click!”- they snap together allowing you to build all kinds of fabulous structures with them. We love them! They’re really durable, totally fun and educational, and the magnetic quality is top-notch. These things really “stick” and the building possibilities are endless. Both my kids can play with this for long periods of time. We own several sets and threw all the pieces together in a bucket for free play.

Of course all Magformers can be enjoyed by boys and girls alike..... in fact, I think the rainbow colored sets in particular are very appealing to girls already.....however to me, it's just an added bonus that this set contains my girls' favorite colors....one loves blue, the other purple, and both love pink in addition. I have no doubt that these pieces will get combined with the sets their little brother has and is getting for the holidays....so they'll be nice mixed with orange, blue, green, yellow and reds. I also have no doubt their brother will happily play with this set, as he happens to also be a fan of pink. So, while I'm not at all offended by this set being marketed specifically as a "girls" set, I do wonder if the distinct "Inspire" line was a necessary addition to distinguish for genders. Magformers are already ALL wonderfully inspiring play sets for ALL kids.

The kids absolutely love these. I continue to add on to them. This was our second set. And I don't see them getting tired of them anytime soon. Overall, it is money well spent. Which is a concern for any parent. They are pricey compared to regular blocks and legos etc, but they just rock! Go ahead, you wont be sorry! inspire your future engineer with these wonderful things. And yes, you will like them too! We

I think these things are decently built to last a fair amount of time, but not under constant punishment from kids. If they learn to behave and respect the pieces they should last pretty much forever. There is so much you can do with these and it's tons of fun while working their 3d brain a lot. The way they built the casing for the individual magnets is brilliant: they have enough space inside the plastic to shift around themselves which lets them polarize the right way together all the time. It's a neat trick to fight against repulsion of similar magnet games. Kudos

My 4 year old loves making shapes and all adults love playing this with her.

Nach unserem ersten Magformers-Set hat mir die Magnetkraft und die Verarbeitung dieser Steine so gut gefallen, dass ich dieses süße Set nun auch für meine 1,5 jährige Nichte bestellt habe. Als Prime-Produkt wurde es gewohnt schnell geliefert, war gut verpackt und kam im Original-Karton bei uns an. Es enthält wie angegeben 30 Magnetbausteine (12 Dreiecke und 18 Quadrate), sowie ein Heft mit vielen unterschiedlichen Anleitungen bzw. Ideen. Die Farben sind wunderschön intensiv und perfekt für kleine Mädchen. Allerdings sind die Steine komplett einfarbig, anders als das bei dem normalen Regenbogenset der Fall ist. Vor meinem Kauf habe ich auch einige preisgünstigere Hersteller ausprobiert, aber die Magformers besaßen eindeutig die stärksten Magnete und dazu noch ein schöneres Material. Deshalb habe ich mich letztendlich auch für das Original entschieden. Die Magformers Bausteine bestehen aus einem festen, abgerundeten Kunststoff, liegen unheimlich gut in der Hand und halten wirklich bombenfest aneinander. Dadurch sind die Bauwerke schön stabil und es kann sogar mit dem Gebauten gespielt werden. Durch ihre starken Magnete werden sie bestimmt auch noch sehr lange interessant bleiben. Mein 4,5 jähriger Sohn findet die Steine ebenfalls toll und spielt noch sehr ausgiebig damit. Sogar für uns Erwachsene sind sie noch faszinierend und es macht viel Spaß damit gemeinsam zu bauen. Perfekt für die kühlere Jahreszeit! =) FAZIT: Die Magformers-Bausteine fördern die motorischen Fähigkeiten, das räumliche Denken und machen einfach sehr viel Spaß! Für uns sind sie definitiv etwas ganz Besonderes und wir können sie eindeutig weiter empfehlen! Ich hoffe, ich konnte meine Begeisterung mit diesem Bericht etwas transportieren. =)
