I definitely give this product a 4/5 stars After a few days drinking i do it helps with water intake. And it also gives you some of daily vitamins and minerals. Would recommend. My favourite our red berry flavours. Peach and orange not so much.

Not worth the value
The wait for this product to arrive was over 1 month and when it arrived, it did not live up to expectations. It did not mix well with water. There are better electrolytes out there compared to this. My energy levels did not change at all. Not worth the value for money.

Defective product. Sachet contents did not dissolve in water. Half of it was still undissolved an hour later. Have used ither brands and this has never happened. Will not purchase again.

Half of my order had solidified powder in the sachets, which were totally undissolvable. Not a happy customer ...
