When I first got my Arena Air Speed Anti-Fog Swim Goggles (Yellow Copper Mirror / Black), I was blown away. The fit was perfect, the vision was sharp, and the honeycomb frame design made them feel both secure and lightweight. For the first couple of weeks, they were flawless... until the inevitable happened: fogging. It had been a while since I’d swum regularly, so I didn’t remember how to handle fogged goggles. After doing some research, I learned that saliva or anti-fog solutions could help. I tried saliva for a bit, but quickly realized it wasn’t for me — kind of gross, honestly. Eventually, I discovered a much better method: mixing Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo with water at a 1:24 ratio (use distilled or warm water). Apply a small amount inside the goggles, rinse lightly, and you’re set. The solution is gentle enough that it won’t sting your eyes, but strong enough to prevent fogging. That completely solved the issue, and my goggles were back to being amazing. The honeycomb design really stands out — not just for aesthetics but for the secure, pressure-free fit. They’re compact, durable, and fit in most goggle cases. Perfect for training or racing, and if they’re good enough for Olympian Gretchen Walsh, they’re definitely good enough for your regular lap swims! At around $31 CAD, they’re a steal for the quality you’re getting. Many swimmers call these some of the best goggles out there, and I agree. Once you handle the fogging properly, they’re easily one of the best pairs I’ve ever used. Highly recommend!

1st pair of arena goggles, I usually wear Speedo. These are so comfy I barely noticed them. I love them because they are reflective but don’t darken your vision. I usually swim in the early AM so my goggles are usually just clear these don’t darken my vision at all makes it easy to see my watch or see far ahead in the darker conditions.
