Q: Is it made of aluminium under granite coating?

I have several of these excellent pans. I have induction rings on my cooker so I would believe that they would be aluminium base encased in a metallic cover for induction use.

Q: Is the non-stick coating pfoa free?

The non-stick coating do not contain PFOA.

Q: Can this be used on gas cooker？

Yes, absolutely, we do all the time. It’s excellent.
