Q: Will this scroll Guitar Pro and tab pro?

Yes but it's quite tricky to configure Tabs on my iPad to work consistently. I wrote a full "configuration guide" in my extended review (search for "roland" in 5 stars) but, in short, the trick is to turn On "AirTurn Support" in "your user name in red" > Pedal interface > Air Turn Settings > AirTurn Support - set to On (and select Keyboard on some older iPad version). While on this AirTurn Support screen, press the pedal switch and you will see a "Last key pressed: " message, so you know it works. Then configure the Scroll tab down and Scroll tab up in the Pedal interface screen. Also, strangely, if you close the Tabs App (rather than exit) you will need to re-visit the AirTurn Support screen to get it going again.

Q: Will this work with both the pages app for ipad and ms word app for ipad?

It works well in goodreader on an ipad.

Q: What Bluetooth version does this use?

This does not say which version the operating frequency is 2402-2480 mhz. I use an android tablet and have no issues.

Q: Where do you find the pedal’s battery life on IPad?

I get about 2-3 weeks playing 2 hours a day before blinking light turns from bright green to darker indicating power is down. Then I get about 2 more weeks before I charge. Charges in less than one hour. So total at least a month playing 2 hours a day.
