Attractive colours and design

The bag was much shorter than the shown picture. It was not a shoulder bag, but a mobil phone bag. Disappointed. Showing a shoulder bag, in the picture, then sending tiny bag is not nice

The marketing taught by some to hit search algorithm with high price then big 70% Discount will terribly hamper repeat purchase and reviews and overall customer satisfaction, as customers are humans made of emotions not just maths logic and numbers.
