Poorly written
This feels like a student was writing a college paper without having done much research. I didn’t find this helpful at all. It really only mentions one useful thing in the whole book which is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and honestly it doesn’t even explain what CBT actually even is which was disappointing. The whole book is useless and I do not recommend it at all for overeating disorder. This book will not help you lose weight or get in control of your eating disorder, it’s going to make you feel like it should’ve helped somehow, but didn’t so you must be a failure, which is not true, it’s just the book is actually just bad.
