The item itself is very nice and works great but i paid for 1 week shipping and it took 3 weeks to get here i didn’t need it for something specific but I am very annoyed that I paid extra for fast shipping i 100 precent recommend if you order a month or so before you need it otherwise it’s a very helpful item!

This mat works well for all of the athletes in our gym, from the tinies to the seniors.
