Don’t spend 70 dollars! This waist trainer is great quality
I love this waist trainer! I use it everyday! I haven’t lost weight but my posture is so much better! And I do feel that my body has changed to it’s form! I recommend it highly. You don’t need to spend 70 dollars, for the money it’s great quality.

Way too short in the front
This waist trainer is very heavy duty. It has almost no stretch at first but as you break it in a bit it softens slightly and becomes easier to put on and take off. The hooks are nice and strong and don’t bend or get pulled loose easily which is a big plus. I like the high back and the straps, it keeps things smoothed out. I do not like how crazy short this is but I’m 5’10” and have a freakishly long torso (apparently). If you are shorter and/or have a shorter torso then this vest would probably be a good choice for you.

Order a size larger.
I have other waist trainers and this one is smaller than advertised. I did not try it on right away and now it is too late to return.

I can tell is a made of a great material
Nice quality! I ordered a size down in purpuse because Im planning to lose some weight but this size fits me in the last button (the biggest). Im sure the small could fits me good too. Im 137lb and 5”4’. So far so good.
