They will start to fall apart, but nice colors.
Last picture is what it used to look like. I’ll have to change my review of this product since it lasted only a few months, not worth the price I paid at all. Really nice for the guest few months, but would’ve rather chose something that would last at least a year.

Great for a beginner set
Really easy to use compared to traditional paint or watercolor with brushes. They are better than traditional markers b/c you don’t really see the registration marks that markers leave. There are lots of colors and you can blend them to make more however the largest set is probably better if you want even more variety. They are a good size and comfortable to use. They make really good marks and don’t require you to go over the same area a bunch of times. The water brush pen is useful for blending and simulating a watercolor look. I think they’re worth the money and would buy again when the paint runs out. For this drawing I used these brush pens, watercolor, gel pens, and micron pens.

Beautiful Set of Paint Pens!
These paint pens arrived in a plastic container + right away you could see the variety of colors included in the set. It was hard getting them open because of the packaging. Once open I tested them in a coloring book entitled 'Time of Memory', one of my Japanese coloring books. I found that you can use them in coloring books as long as you don't press too hard + allow for drying time between layers. They blend very well. Usually I use my aqua pen in my books, along with other various medias. These paint pens are terrific because you don't have to keep adding water + you don't have to worry about the color fading while coloring. There are many different shades of blue, green, along with other colors that you don't normally see in marker sets. I'm in love with the pens but not the packaging. I always have spare pencil rolls with slots for storage so I placed the entire set in a pencil roll. They fit perfectly. The pens feel like real paint brushes + the nibs keep their nice points. They can cover large areas as well as little intricate spaces. For these types of areas, I dot it lightly + it works splendidly! I love the colors + the pens are comfortable to hold + work with. I would highly recommend them. For the price you are getting artist-quality paint pens. Gorgeous. I'm going to re-order a few to give as Christmas presents. Art is definitely a great therapy for depression. If you are considering purchasing these pens, buy them. I'm sure you will be extremely pleased! I am one happy customer of Arteza brand art products. They have never been a disappointment + they are reasonably priced !! Thank you for reading my novel!! Happy Coloring!!! 🌈

Pretty good but mislabeled color
I’m a beginner, but these seem pretty easy to use. Some of the colors are more blendable than others. I’m using watercolor paper, but I’ve heard some brands of paper might allow for easier blending. Two of the pens were labeled A400. I compared all the pens with the list on the back of the box and figured out the dark gray one was labeled wrong. I deducted one star because the packaging doesn’t allow for easy accessibility of the pens. It would be nice if it came in a bag like a lot of the alcohol markers. The pens should be stored brush side down. The bottoms of the pens show the color but the color number is printed on the side of the barrel instead of the bottom of the pen. If you’re just choosing which pen to use by looking at the color on the bottom of the pen, that’s no problem. However, if you make a swatch of all the colors and want to find a particular color based on the number, then it’s difficult when the color number isn’t printed on the bottom of the pen.

Curious and Delightful!
These are not the Real Brush Pens you’re looking for......They’re Much More! I’ve been eyeballing these Real Brush Pens by Arteza for almost 2 years now trying to convince myself that I could find something similar elsewhere and for cheaper. Let me tell you, nothing I’ve found compares to these strange cuties. Key points: 1. They play well with water but it requires some imagination. (Using a blending sheet, dipping or running the brush tip onto a wetted area to create color blossoms for a wet on wet effect or giving a quick swipe with a wet brush.) The last technique of adding water with a brush will vary in success as some pigments won’t budge easily if the paper is too absorbent. 2. I believe these brush pens have been engineered in such a way as to simulate watercolor without the need of additional water. In fact some pens even disperse ink just like a brush freshly loaded with paint and water. It’s trippy and I love it! 3. These cool pens have a secret that is only revealed under the right amount of water dispersion....They color shift!!! I’ve seen teal green have a shadow of aqua and forest as well as walnut brown echo a lighter truffle and reddish brown once the ink dispersed into water. 4. Lastly, you can create super fine lines or robust calligraphy strokes but go slowly unless you like some chaos in your style....which works too. So in summery.....These are unique Real Brush Pens and while it’s tempting to go for a similar brand for lesser money I doubt you’ll find the quality and charm Arteza has put into these lil dudes. The brushes are robust and can hold a shape, the barrel is thick enough to provide ergonomic comfort to your hand and lastly the ink is vibrant and richly pigmented. Check them out and be creative...art is fun when it’s unpredictable.

This set has lots of vibrant colours to choose from. It's easy to dip the end in water to get muted colours, but they can be used without water. This is the only set I have found that has actual bristles for the brush (others seem to all be brush-shaped). I would definitely buy these again. I'd prefer a couple more shades of red (there's only "red", "wine red" and "autumn red", but the autumn red is actually brown).

Excelente producto, colores super padres.
