Best taste on the market
Every review, recipe and article recommends this stuff when you want to make spicy sauces and fermentations. So far I've made a chilli crisp oil and kimchi with it, and I'll have plenty left in the pack - which is resealable so I'm sure it will last me a long time. Hot honey next... The flavour is great, and it packs a punch. If you don't want things too spicy though, the flakes are very fine so you can absolutely alter to taste.
