Best taste on the market
Every review, recipe and article recommends this stuff when you want to make spicy sauces and fermentations. So far I've made a chilli crisp oil and kimchi with it, and I'll have plenty left in the pack - which is resealable so I'm sure it will last me a long time. Hot honey next...The flavour is great, and it packs a punch. If you don't want things too spicy though, the flakes are very fine so you can absolutely alter to taste.

Chinese chillies packed in Korea
Great vibrant colour, smell good and deep chillie taste without too much heat.As the chillies are grown in China and packed in Korea it is misleading to call them Korean.

Makes great kimchi
I bought this for the first time, as kimchi recipe called for it. What can I say, kimchi came out great. I am happy to recommend this, while it's not very hot, the flavour is great.

Not gochugaru powder.
This product is NOT gochugaru chilli powder like it says in the title of the product. Far too spicy… maybe use half the amount in any suggested recipe if you want something more akin to gochugaru. Still good value for money and I like the challenge of it being hot hot hot!
