Can I hook a separate Reverse Osmosis and remineralization system and use this as a touchless sensor valve faucet?

I'm not sure how the added minerals would effect the components of the bottle filling station. No, this is simply an UNFILTERED surface mount water bottle filling station, with water the same temperature as your water pipes, no refrigeration.
