Q: How effective and sturdy is the anti-phishing device ? Many of these parcel boxes are badly designed/built in that regard.

This parcel box is really sturdy and looks good too! It's bolted to the wall for extra security, definitely worth the money

Q: Is the letter section a separate section or do the letters drop right to the bottom ?

The letters drop to the bottom with the parcels. We have ours in a semi-enclosed porch so it is protected from the weather, not sure how weather proof it is. It is very sturdy but doesn’t come with holes in back or base to secure it, you would have to drill holes but it is 15 kgs. Very well built and big parcel hatch.

No predrilled holes for fixing although it is very sturdy, 15 kgs. You could drill holes in back. Comes with adjustable feet.
