Works great for a calm focus that doesn't over-stimulate. Promotes delta brain waves which is just that: A calm but attentive brain state. Great to pair with caffeine for that extra boost, but also plenty fine to take by itself. I would start with 100mg at first so this bottle might not be the best starter, but 200mg is good also. Might be too tiring for some people.

I'm so glad I upgraded to this brand. I've been using the generic valley brand from the wall you know who Mart. This is probably the first time I felt a significant yet manageable/comfortable positive difference from a supplement in the first day or two. I think this product from this brand at least, is of a well-balanced potency, and obviously well-bioavailable for my system which has major digestive issues. I picked up another product in the same brand that I'm looking forward to post some results on as well.

I like the flip-top bottle as it makes filling my supplement container simpler, since I'm not having to hold or find a place for the lid. L-Theanine blocks glutamate receptors. Excessive glutamate produces tendencies for rumination, particularly in ASD individuals but it can affect anyone to some degree. Rumination is a thought pattern where one turns over problems in their head over and over, without really solving any. This is a major factor in losing sleep, mood-worsening, and sometimes paranoia. L-Theanine can assist with all these things. Normally this is found in tea, but the capsule form is much more convenient to take and get a measured amount. I find it most effective when taken at the start of or immediately before a meal, or just before bed. Can be combined with GABA for even more glutamate-clearing. Especially important before meals that are heavy in things like soy sauce, or that include MSG. As a note: If you have developed a habit of ruminating as an automatic response to being tired (because stress and worry keep you awake... but then also keep you from sleeping) then this can make you feel aware of how exhausted you are. But you should be able to get some good hours in afterwards and feel actually refreshed.

Only time will tell if the supplement will Improve my health. I do believe this particular product is at a good price point, was delivered quickly, and us of tgecwuskity claimed in the online listing
