This holder has been assembled, degreased numerous times, and sprayed clear to prevent rusting without compromising the metal industrial look. Screws are included but anchors are NOT provided. Please seek a hardware specialist to determine the correct anchors to use, depending on the material you are mounting it to (ie: tile, drywall). The fixture shown in the pictures is finished with clear enamel (it is naturally Black Iron/ gun metal color).
