I received the Calf Board Wedge about three weeks ago. I bought it because I do jump rope about five times a week and regular stretching and rolling my calves out were not cutting it. I have this in my office and I have been using this stretcher daily as well as the other soldiers and sailors in the office and have had tremendous results. My calves no longer tighten up while doing jump rope and it helps speed up the rest of my workout. My overall walking motion has improved. I would highly recommend this product.
