Great product ... Brahmi ghee is medicine, it does not taste good.
If you want ghee for cooking or cuisine, don't get Brahmi ghee -- look for regular ghee instead. My ayurvedic doctor recommended that I take brahmi ghee, so I ordered this item from Two Brothers, and I'm very happy with it. BRAHMI is a medicinal herb that does not taste good. If an ayurvedic doctor recommends or prescribes that you take brahmi ghee, this is a great product -- although you might not like the taste of it, but that's how many medicines are. I found the ghee to be of high quality, and I think the herbs are good too -- I'm really happy with the purchase. I will buy from Two Brothers again. Yes the herbs taste bitter. I have a high tolerance for bitter tastes so I didn't mind the taste, but of course I wouldn't cook with it. I appreciate that the cows are being cared for well -- at least they are advertising this, and I think that good treatment of cows is something we as customers should be demanding. Yes it would be nice if this were somehow certified, but assuming they are actually treating the cows very well, then advertising this is a fantastic first step towards normalizing good treatment of cows. I note that other reviewers complained of leakage; the product I received was in a plastic jar (not a glass one) and it didn't leak much if at all. I finished the whole jar in about 2 months.

Not for my taste buds
The packaging leaked and it’s in a plastic container not glass unlike their website item, which arrived in a glass jar. It tastes acrid and bitter which I don’t know if that’s the accurate taste of the herb since I haven’t tried it before.

Not very versatile flavoring
This flavored ghee is super herbal and natural tasting. It isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it is just that the flavoring makes it not as versatile for my home-cooking. I think from now on I will be sticking with plain and then jazzing it up with my own seasonings.

Very nice
I’ve been using the Ghee, and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality of the ghee is top-notch — rich, aromatic, and clearly made with care. It has a smooth texture and a golden hue that speaks to its purity. I love that it’s packed with vitamins (A, B, C & E) and antioxidants. My digestion also seems more settled since I started incorporating this ghee into my diet. My only small critique is the price — it’s on the higher end for the quantity (8.4 oz), so it may not be ideal for daily cooking in large portions. But if you’re looking for a ghee to add to your pantry, this is a worthwhile treat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking both flavor and functional benefits!

Mislabeled Item?
I ordered the Brahmi Ghee (which is green and made with Water Hyssop), but received a jar labeled Ashwagandha Ghee instead. The ghee inside is a pale yellow-green — not the deep green of Brahmi ghee, and not the golden tone shown in the Ashwagandha ghee photos either — so I wasn’t totally sure what I received. That said, I did try it by using it to fry some french fires on the stovetop, and I actually liked the flavor and texture. It seems high-quality and thoughtfully made, but I’m still a little uneasy not knowing exactly what’s in the jar. Transparency really matters to me, especially for Ayurvedic products. I would consider buying again — but I’d love clearer labeling and consistency in the future.

Unique taste but pricey and not the best packaging
I was looking forward to trying this ghee, which is apparently infused with Brahmi. Brahmi might have some health benefits, but I'm not sure you could still get these benefits by eating Brahmi-infused ghee. Anyway, the ghee has a robust and it complements the slight bitterness of the brahmi. I found it to work best in soups or for sautéing onions. I used it to saute onions for a few soups I made as well as falafel, and it added an earthy flavor that I really liked. You don't need that much either--a teaspoon or two is usually sufficient for sauteing. The packaging is not the best. Although the package arrived very well packed, the actual container of ghee hadn't sealed very well, and the sides of the jar were greasy. Not a big deal, of course, but the company should consider better leak proof packaging. And while I liked the flavor of this ghee, it is very expensive. It lasts a long time, but you could probably find less expensive ghee at a specialty store or even the grocery store. Overall, I found this brahmi-infused ghee to lend a unique flavor to sauteed veggies, but due to the price, I am unsure if I'd order it again.

I tried Two Brothers Organic Farms Brahmi Ghee. I am glad that I did. I have heard alot about the benefits of using Ghirta, but never tried before. Prior to making the purchase since this is a high value product, I got in touch with the Two brothers organic farm team on their instagram direct message and ask all my questions. They patiently answered them all, I am very impressed that they were transparent and found their answers to be honest and helpful. They help me choose Brahmi Ghee. I do not regret buying this ghee. The Aroma is good, the taste is also good, i was expecting the taste to be very bitter, but it isn't. I am specially taking this Ghee according to the recommended dosage to help me combat stress, increase my stamina and for hair growth. I am definitely feeling much better after consuming this Ghee. I will be able to share more detailed feedback after using atleast one to two bottles. I have noticed that I feel more clam, slightly more energetic , i am yet to see much difference in my hair growth . But overall I feel good. If you have any doubts before purchasing this, please get in in touch with them and clarify all your doubts. I feel that this was a good buy and I will be buying again. I might try Ashwagandha too after few months. Thank you Two Brothers Organic Farms for using our Indian wisdom to make products that are beneficial for us.

Really impressed by the product line of this brand. I have so far used the ghee, Brahmi ghee and the nolen gur. All three products have been of a very good quality. The ghee with each spoonful has taken me back to my grandma's kitchen, with ghee generously dolloped on hot rice... The quality of the ghee I have brought has been superior to other brands I have tried iver the last 7 years. I have recommended the brand as well as the products to friends and family. The care, labour, transparent processes employed by this brand are openly available on their instagram channel. It's good to see a brand ethically source and produce food in these times of adulteration by almost all recognised 'big' brands.
