I’m a guy with long hair, and these are the best hair ties I’ve found. I’ve tried a bunch of different types, including some that are pretty costly. I have a bunch still from that company from Shark Tank.But these! They’re stretchier, allowing an extra wrap around my massive mane. They’re rounded, with no ‘edges’ to break hair’ so I have more hair now than when I switched to these months ago.The ties are thick, black, and knotted, so they have a masculine look. These are the only hair ties I wear now.

I've tried a few (I'm a guy with long hair) and at first I was hesitant when I first used it since the size is quite big and thick.But the stretch is perfect. The material is so gentle to hair and won't damage the strands.The best of all: when you're trying to release the bun, you just pull them and the hair won't stick and so, it's smooth, quick and easy release. The other brands will stick and grab the hair strands and you will lose hair every time you get off the tie.Perfect so far.

The tension is good and there’s nothing to snag. However, the knot is very bulky and stands out quite a bit. I would not repurchase, but won’t return because it will hold a bun well.
