I have tried this everyday and seen immediate results. My waist and ab has slim and tighten my skin. It burns but I use a sweet sweat vest over while I work out. Without working out it burns but if you are active, the burning will dim down. Even my battles females at the academy have used it and have been slimming too. Definitely heat conducting. I smoothed a small amount on my abdomen before my last few training sessions. As my heartrate increase and core body temp increased, this stuff went to work. I was on fire. I definitely believe it increased body temp enough to burn a few extra calories. Will update after using it on a few more areas.
