Carlson Kid's The Very Finest Fish Oil, Lemon, Norwegian, 800 mg Omega-3s, 200 mL

Really liking this high quality fish oil for our 5 year old. It has a very mild lemony taste. Personally, I would mix it in something but she likes it on its own. She even gets excited about having it at breakfast and at dinner and will remind me if I forget. Also have noticed a difference in behavior in addition to a magnesium supplement. Very happy with our purchase and will buy again.

The kids will take a half teaspoon strait with a water chaser. Slight lemon after-taste, but no lingering fishy taste. The kids seem to think it’s some kind of fun game, and that is fine with me!

Both boys take it with no issues straight off the spoon. Its smells and tastes just like lemon which is their favorite flavor. Just make sure not to spill anywhere because it will start to smell like stinky fish. My oldest has ADHD, and this does seem to help him somewhat but nothing miraculous. All kids need omega 3's regardless.

Orange flavor is the best. We use fish oil twice a day with my son to help aid in his ADHD. After a months use (how long our naturopath told me to wait and journal to really see if it makes a difference) it 100% has! I was skeptical. Also my youngest son has little bumps on the back of his arms always has, they’re going away because of this fish oil! Did so much research and was floored to find EPA Deficiency can cause that!

My kids prefer this flavour to the other brand we have used. I still mask it in a shot of juice but they seem to like the lemon flavour. I can't speak to the effectiveness of it as we haven't been using it consistently for long enough
