Easy to use, my kitchen routine will never be the same again… Made the whole veggie & salad slicing piece of cake…

Arrived damaged, practically fell apart as I tried to use it! Tried chopping mushrooms, they just got jammed up in the blades, had to dig it out with a butter knife! It couldn’t even chop thin sliced ham!!!

Initially this was a fantastic addition to my kitchen - especially helpful with all the veg I chop daily for my cavies. It worked brilliantly and saved me loads of time. Unfortunately, after about three months of regular use, the veg guard snapped, which made it unusable as veg kept getting stuck in the blades. It’s now outside the return window, so I’ve essentially paid £31 for just three months of use - roughly £10 a month to chop veg. I really expected it to last longer. Great chopping performance and a real time-saver, but the durability just didn’t hold up.

This product is absolutely awful. Do not buy unless you want to waste your money and time. Just stick to cutting with a knife!

A good idea but what a poor design. The item seems constantly ready to fall apart. The little plastic tabs to lock the parts together seems flimsy and poorly thought out. I spent a lot of money for the janapese blades version but my girlfriend bought a much better version for a third of the price which is a copy of the idea but a much better product. Blades get clogged up with chopped food easily.

I thought it might be a good idea to avoid having to use a knife. One still has to use one to cut any vegetable to fit them into the small cutting storage cabinet. I find the vegetables stick to the blades. The plastic outer casing is not solid as evidenced when I washed it. I have found the item fiddly to use. If the item had cost 50% of what I paid for it, I would have marked it down to experience and blamed myself for being a cheapo! In view this is not the case, I will persevere with it just in case I can find the right item for it to efficiently chop. I am giving it as much as two stars because it is Xmas. I normally give most items 4 stars as a 5-star review can surely only be given after a while once the durability of the item has been evidenced. I do not like to be mean but I am disappointed by this item. I have posted a review so at least others do not buy this item with expectations which are too high sky. I have since purchased a small USB electrical chopper which just feels far more solidly built and as aside was say half the price.

Doesn't work, too expensive, cheap crap parts used. Generally a complete mess up DO NOT BUY

Will quickly chop veg and other things but they will constantly cling to the blades so a lot of cleaning is required. DO NOT try to cut cheese with this!

It works the first time on a cucumber, then never again, all good gets stuck in the blades and it's also annoying and hard to clean.

In the Advertisement, the product seems to be of good design and quality, but the reality is a little different from that. Material: the product is made from very cheap plastic. Pool quality of manufacturing where it does not seal correctly not it is easy to assemble if you desire to clean / wash it. Function: it does not do the job easily as advertised. I tried it on some vegetables, the large pieces got stuck between the blades. So every second press, I had to pull out the stuck pieces out to chop it. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend the product.

It’s ok. The Pampered Chef version is significantly better, it does cost more.

It cant cut tomatoes at all. It mostly smashes instead of cutting and that is when bought new
