I picked these up for my hybrid bike. The fit was not perfect on the handlebars, they would easily turn and become loose, so I took an old innertube and made little rubber pads for mounting them. Although there is still a bit of movement if I try to turn them, I was able to get them to be tight enough for riding. I find them fairly comfortable for a cheap pair of aerobars. For my purposes they do the trick, but they are by no means a perfect solution.

The only issue I have with these is that they mount very low to the handlebar. So you can get your fingers or hands under them to use that handlebar space. Most of these kind of bars have a riser - these don’t. The result is that I had to mount them onboard on the bars - close together - which wasn’t comfortable for very long ( my elbows were nearly touching when I was down on the aero bars). This was the only way to reserve grip area on the top of the drop bars.

いろんなブランド名で販売されているものですが、余計なペイントが無く３Kマット仕上げが好きなのでこの製品を選択しました。 重量は公表通りでパッド込みで320gを少し下回っていました。 長さは340mmとのことでしたが、これはアームパッド部分も含めた全長でしたのでバーの突き出しはもっと短くなります。 見た目的にはプリプレグの合わせ目が気になる箇所もありますが、握り心地は良くグロス仕上げのようにペタペタしません。下面のケーブル孔も表面から触る分にはバリやエッジが手に当たる事はありません。 先端にはエンドキャップが押し込まれています。これを外してみると内面には貼り合わせの段差があったり、肉厚がきっちり均一には整形されておらず少し残念な出来でした。 当方は屋内トレーニングバイクのリラックスポジション用にしますので問題ありませんが、先端にブレーキレバー等を仕込みたい場合には内面の仕上げが気になるかも知れません。

最近流行っているような、高さを出すようなタイプのバーではなく、水平に近い角度のバーを探している方向けかと思います。ポジションの変更による空力改善は向かい風や巡航速度のしやすさを実感できるアイテムでした。買ってすぐ効果を発揮するには位置調整や体の使い方を覚えないといけないので。注意

I bought these to put on my gravel bike for Unbound 200. I've been training with them for a couple months now, including many 5-7 hour rides on gravel and bumpy trails. They've held up very well. I've crashed twice with these on the bike and they've come through unscathed, but during the first crash one of the end caps came out and it fell out again on a long ride last weekend. The arm padding is thin and good for the road, and for the extra bumps offroad I've cut some foam pipe insulation to put under the pads and that helps a lot. I bought a pair of these from another company and kept these as they're lighter and seemed better made. Aside from losing a cap (which can hardly be a complaint about the product, as it first came off during a hard crash where I went over the bars), my only other quibble is that there are no tightening specs for the bolts or instructions as to whether to use friction paste. I just tightened them down enough so I can force some movement if needed.
