My favorite curry paste brand is Patak's and the stores in my area quit carrying the brand and now carry cheaper, less flavorful brands. Have been a fan of Patak's for over 10 years and enjoy their blend of spices

I have tried so many different kinds of marinades and sauces but this one HITS! The flavor is amazing and the spice levels is perfect.

Takes all the guesswork out of cooking a delicious meal. Always have a jar of this and others in this brand

The paste is good but the paste was greasy and a little gritty, not sure if some of the greasiness was my fault since I cooked the chicken first in avacado oil. I will buy again and use less oil and see if it's still greasy.

I find this curry paste to be significantly better than the simmer sauce. Those generally are lacking in flavor and taste. This paste is a MUCH strong flavor profile and worth the extra money over the simmer sauce.

This is absolutely a must have for Curry lovers, we regularly purchase different varieties of this brand but this one is a favourite, you can make several meals with a thick creamy sauce, whether you use yoghurt, cream, coconut cream, or you can add just a little bit to your rice, stir fried rice, stews and casseroles or other meals for a little extra "curry” flavour.Generally speaking one jar of paste will make about 4 delicious creamy meals, this may vary on usage and it has a decent mid-range heat without being too much, what I would call a comfortable heat!So do be careful if you don't like the heat, they have others which are more mild but just as good as well as hotter, just follow the recipe on the jar and you're done!This review is for the paste specifically, they have sauces as well, "ready to use" which are also very good!PS I highly recommend looking for some Indian flatbed to go with your meal, it's called Naan bread and can be found in most reputable grocery stores.

Used it to make some fish masala. Came out perfectly.
