Are the dividers removable?

If you hold the Organizer up by the handle as shown, the center divider that goes horizontaly across not removable. The other dividers are, though it should be noted that vertical dividers span 2 compartments, the horizontal dividers span just 1.

Does this work with the tough system 2.0?

Not sure- I purchased 2 pieces through Amazon and they were not compatible
