Okay, so I wanted to get some time in with this before posting review so that I had a good feel of what this product can do. Honestly I was skeptical at first because I thought that this was another shake weight product. I started at 5'6" and 278lbd. It took a couple of days to really find a rhythm with this, but once you find your rhythm it goes pretty smoothly. I have been using this product for over 2 months now for 30 minutes a day. I've had to take off three Links from when I first started. Along with diet change and other exercises I have dropped 2pants sizes and weigh in at 253. I am very happy and can see a significant difference in my waist and tummy area that I believe is from the weighted hula hoop.

Size info: Definitely made for us plus size ladies. I’m about 40” around the smallest part of my waist and still have 7 extra links left over that i took off. From my calculations and measurements, it appears the maximum waist this can fit around is about 52”. Im 5’9” and 235-240lbs for reference.Review:First, its really well made and feels like quality materials. Second, im undecided about it. Its fun, im just not sure if this works/helps like it claims to. The motion is not your usual hoola-hoop movement, more of a “bend in the knees” to rock front to back. Cant get it to go very long when rocking side to side but maybe need more practice. The trick is to have it fit fairly tight so the track has tension. Wish it had different weighted ball options. Got a little sweat going after 10 minutes so I’ll need to try longer and hope it does something for me!

I love this product. I was skeptical because it was much less expensive than similar models but it is very sturdy and works well. The only issue I have is that it is quite loud, but I put my earbuds in when I’m using it anyway. I have had it a little over a month and use it almost daily and I can see small changes happening. It’s decent cardio and gets my heart rate up and is a good thigh, butt, and midsection workout. I have told LOTS of friends to try it. Great for people who don’t love exercise.

This exersize hoop is really good quality. The taking links out and putting them on can be a little tricky to learn but once you do it's literally a snap! It can take some practice to get the hang of how to move your body to keep the weight going around but when you finally get in the rhythm it's really easy. All the materials from the links to the adjustable weighted ball and especially the roller on the inside track are great quality and sturdy. It's surprisingly comfortable to use also if used correctly. I haven't had any pain as opposed to some people saying it left them with painful bruises. They must've not been using it correctly somehow. I can't wait to see how much progress I make exersizing on the regular with this. Get you one today.... you won't be disappointed!!

When I first got this I couldn't swing the weight around. I had another one I had previously purchased and switched the weights (the other one was lighter) and it works beautifully! The tracks are much better than the one I first purchased but the weight was too much for me. I'm glad this wasn't the first one I got because I would of thought the whole thing was silly.I'm excited to get the point I can use the heavier weight. If the amount of weight matters it would be nice to have some way to add weight as I get better at this. I have seen weighted rings you can add on another product but of course cannot find it now. Not sure how much the amount of weight matters to weight loss....still in the beginning of my journey.
